“As new parents with a 3 month old, the first day/week is an emotional rollercoaster. How will our baby adjust to a new environment? Will he get enough attention? Are we sure we’re doing the right thing? I’m here to reassure everyone’s most valuable treasure is in good hands and will be loved by the welcoming people at KA. Again, we are new parents and starting daycare was a looming very difficult day for us. KA was excellent during this transition and gave endless reassurances to make sure we were comfortable. We had 3 months of hard research and we wanted to drop every details on Day 1.. and they happily listened, and they have the organization and resources to meet all our picky needs. They also allowed us to spend as much time as we wanted in our baby’s room those first days, and call or message whenever we wanted to check in. Also the Tadpoles app they use is very helpful. At the end of the day we get a daily report with all the times and details for feedings, naps, and diaper changes. It’s a valuable tool to know what kind of day our baby had. Also, they send pictures of our little one all time! Looking at books, batting at hanging rattles, even some simple paint projects for arts & crafts! (They simply smoosh around a ziplock bag with paint & a piece of paper, but it’s way more art work than we thought about at home and something to remember!). Now that we’d have 6 weeks of daycare experience, I can say we are incredibly happy with the services at KA. We are very glad we enrolled and are very comfortable with our little one in their care. I lastly want to mention the great people we see everyday. They are so wonderful and always happy and greet our baby every morning with smiles and love. Thank you KA for everything you do! ”
