Read Across America Week

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all the guest readers who helped make Read Across America Week a resounding success! Our Pre-K class had an enchanting storytime adventure, featuring a special visit from “Miss Frizzle.” We were also delighted to welcome wonderful parent readers, who joined us for our Alphabet Theme and participated in engaging Chicka Chicka Boom Boom activities.

A special highlight of the week was the visit of Chris Peusch, Executive Director of the Maryland State Child Care Association, Co-Chair of the Office of Child Care Advisory Council, and Member of the State Early Childhood Advisory Council. We were truly honored to have her as our guest reader for our Pre-K classes.
