Meet the Owners

Tori, Tammi, and Dani

Our names are Tori Haddock (left), Tammi Needham (center) and Dani Finley (right) and we are the ownership team for Kiddie Academy of Alliance. We are a mother-daughter team fulfilling a dream we have had for years of working together! This dream began as a desire for us all to work together and to use our years of experience in early childhood education and building positive, productive cultures to nurture and care for what we consider the most important thing, children! When we discovered Kiddie Academy, their amazing curriculum that begins with infants and their educational philosophy that is customized to each individual child, we knew we had found our home. This dream became a reality when we acquired Kiddie Academy of Alliance in October of 2020 to continue to build on the great work by the entire team here to create a safe and nurturing environment for children. We are so excited to be a part of the amazing work at Kiddie Academy of Alliance and so thankful to be able to help care for and shape your children’s lives!

Kayla Kilgore, Afternoon Supervisor

My name is Kayla Kilgore and I am the Afternoon Supervisor here at Kiddie Academy of Alliance. I have 6 years of childcare experience. I joined the Kiddie Academy family in May 2018 as an Assistant Teacher for 12-17 month toddlers. I also spent time as a Floater and the Assistant Teacher for School Age and the 18-23 month Toddler Room. I joined Management in August of 2019. I graduated with my BA in Biochemistry in December of 2021. In the future, I will be looking to complete my certification to pursue my aspirations in the medical field. I love volunteering and attending church; I also volunteer as a toddler room teacher there as well. I love spending time with my family, puzzling, hiking and working out. Children have always been a huge part of my life. I spent my childhood years babysitting my younger sisters and cousins. I also spent 3 years tutoring students from grades 5-12 and loved every second of it! Every child at the daycare I look at as my own! I will continue to do everything in my power to make sure our kiddos are happy, comfortable, and feel loved!

Kandy Rose, Director

My name is Kandy Rose and I am the Director here at Kiddie Academy of Alliance. Overall, I have 16+ years of experience working in child care. I started with Kiddie Academy right when the building was put up in September 2017 as the Lead Teacher in the 3-year-old class and then moved up as the Curriculum Director in January 2018 and the Center Director in August 2019. I grew up in Comanche and moved to Stephenville after I graduated in 1990. Since then I have moved to DFW. I have been married for 24 years and still going strong! I have a daughter who just recently graduated from Grad School at Tarleton State and a son who is attending TCC. I am an outdoors person and I enjoy working out yearly with Camp Gladiator. In my spare time during Spring and Summer, I go to the lake with my family. When the cooler weather hits, we all love to camp at the deer lease. Working with children has always been a part of my life and is what continues to drive my passion for our little future generations at hand.

Jennifer Montoya, Assistant Director

Hello, my name is Jennifer Montoya and I am one of the Assistant Directors here at Kiddie Academy of Alliance. I started with Kiddie Academy as the Afternoon Supervisor in September 2017. I have 9 years of child care experience and have worked with children ranging from infants to school age. I graduated from Texas Woman's University with a Bachelors Degree in Child Development with an emphasis on child life. My future goal is to continue to graduate school where I will earn a Masters degree and work as a Child-Life Specialist helping children in health care settings.
