Elaine Ho, Owner & Manager

Elaine is the on-site owner of Kiddie Academy of Cambridge. You can find her at the Academy during normal business hours. Prior to opening Kiddie Academy of Cambridge, Elaine had a steadily rising career as a fully-qualified Actuary in corporate America. Having two daughters of her own, she realized how difficult it was to find quality childcare for her children in the Boston area and actually get two spots for her daughters with caregivers she loves. After rushing out the door every morning to drop off her children in time to go to work and rushing from the office every evening to try to pick up her daughters on time for over two years, she decided she wanted to open her own childcare center to provide services to working parents, especially working moms like herself, that will make their lives easier. When she found Kiddie Academy, she fell in love with their curriculum and educational philosophy. She decided to operate her own Kiddie Academy located in Cambridge, a neighborhood that has great demand for high-quality childcare services.

Raynika, Teacher

Raynika has been with us since the first year we were opened. She started as our primary Preschool teacher and is currently our Pre K teacher after the opening of our Pre K classroom! Prior to joining Kiddie Academy, Raynika was a teacher for infant, toddlers and preschool for over 5 years. Raynika loves her children at Kiddie Academy. When she is not working, she loves going shopping at the mall. Raynika’s favorite beverage is Peach PureLeaf Iced Tea.
