I feel like the communication is good, even in the midst of the pandemic where parents are not allowed to enter. Pricing is fair, meals are provided, and the curriculum is age appropriate, educational, and interactive. There are several ways that KA adds extra opportunities for growth and learning for the children in their care. It’s more than a daycare—it’s a loving and education environment to help my child grow and be cared for as well as I would care for my child at home. “I have recommended multiple people to go to KA because the fact that I can trust the staff is absolutely invaluable. I love the cameras, the daily pictures, the meals, and the meal updates as much as the next parent, but the fact that I can truly trust the employees, not just to keep my daughter safe, but to actively make her happy and teach her all of the things that are vital to her development is invaluable. Unlike previous places we have been, I know that if something happens to my daughter(which it will, because she's a kid), they will tell me about it the same day, if not the same hour. “I love that the caregivers ACTUALLY teach. My daughter comes home smarter and smarter every single day and shes only 15 months! I love how they paint, go outside frequently, learn sign language etc. I'm giving a 10 because I do love KA as a whole but there are some small tweaks. There needs to be more people helping in the mornings during drop off. I drop my child off and go to work, most say and chit chat; it doesn't make sense to hold up the line if you can just call in my opinion. If I have a question or concern I email it, call or write it in tadpoles. Also another thing they don't always send her back home with what had on when I drop her off, if she get dirty no big deal just remember to send it back with her. One more thing is notifying me when my daughter is low on anything ( diapers, clothes, wipes etc) I don't want a off brand diaper or even the diapers brand on my child if I buy her huggies. They don't always change her frequently so I always buy her the best because it will leak if not changed in a timely manner. “I love the teachers, they really seem to care about my baby. I am a first-time mom and they have been very helpful with things like starting table food. Which for some reason scared me a lot and they have really helped that process go very smoothly. I also LOVE being able to look in on the camera system. I think that has been the biggest help with keeping me ok with having someone else take care of my baby.
