Meet the Owners

Arvind Aravindhan

Arvind and Karpagam share a passion for education. As parents themselves, they realized the dearth of quality Early Childhood Education programs while looking for a center for their daughter, Priya. Priya has recently graduated from George Washington University and her parents credit her early education with setting the foundation for her success, motivating them to get involved with Kiddie Academy.  Arvind has extensive experience in the education field, serving as the CEO of the world-renowned Julian Krinsky School of Tennis and teaching tennis players from toddlers to Tour Professionals. He holds a bachelor’s degree in management and marketing from Erskine College, SC. Karpagam is a Scientist at Glaxo Smith Kline with a Ph.D. in Biophysics from Drexel University . She has spent years as a volunteer teacher at the Plymouth Meeting Tamil School. The Aravindhan’s enjoy adventure traveling and hiking with Charli

Srini Manickam

Srini and Indu are IT professionals. Srini has an engineering degree from Salem, India and Indu has an engineering degree from Pondicherry, India. Srini and Indu have both experienced the rewarding feeling that comes from volunteering as teachers at the Plymouth Meeting Tamil School. As parents of 3 daughters, ages 18, 12, and 6, whose search for Early Childhood Education brought them to a local Kiddie Academy, they understand the importance of early education. Impressed by the high-quality early education their children received they decided to join their friends, the Aravindhan’s, and open a Kiddie Academy to provide a state-of-the-art childcare facility to the Downingtown community.
