“The staff both at the top level and the teacher level are very good at communicating things going on at the center both as a whole and for the children individually. When I pick up my daughter I have had several instances where the teacher approached me just to tell me things she noticed about my daughter, i.e. her mood, things that may be of concern to me, and even positive things that may have happened that day.
