Kiddie Academy of Longenbaugh-Cypress

We would like to take this opportunity to personally introduce ourselves to you as the new Kiddie Academy of Longenbaugh – Cypress owners, Brittany and James Ihedigbo. My wife Brittany and I are part of the Kiddie Academy family and the local Houston community. We have owned and operated an award-winning Kiddie Academy franchise for the past seven years. Currently, we reside in Missouri City and have cultured a strong partnership with the community here as well. When we first began to explore the idea of joining the Kiddie Academy family in 2014, we were introduced to 12-year Kiddie Academy franchise owners that help educate and mentor us through the process of starting our first Academy. Throughout the process of opening our Kiddie Academy in Rosharon, Texas we were provided amazing insight on developing a culture that prioritized the needs of our children and families in our care. Through the support from our corporate office, we were able to build a strong and successful program that is dedicated to the families and the community of Lakes of Savannah. In that past three we have grown with two more Academies in the League City Area, we believe in the education, community, and development that our Kiddie Academy early learning center provides and are committed to impacting as many lives as possible. Brittany and I chose the Kiddie Academy childcare franchise to continue building a family legacy of our own and a foundation for our future. I am a retired professional football player, who enjoyed an amazing 10-year career in the National Football League. My wife Brittany holds a medical background in the nursing field. We both obtained degrees from the University of Massachusetts; Brittany has a Nursing degree, and I have a BA in Sociology. Education and educational opportunities have always been very important to our family. In 2009, we launched our own charitable foundation, Hope Africa USA, and have helped over 50 students across the country pay for college tuition. Brittany and I have four beautiful children, Grace (7), Ava (4), Jeremiah (3), and Elias (1), all of which have grown and developed through Kiddie Academy. Being parents ourselves, and entrepreneurs, our greatest success is having the pleasure of seeing the results of our hard work in the advancements and accomplishments of the children we serve.
