Janel A. Work is first and foremost a mother and loving wife. Janel and her husband Jonathan were married in 2008. Maxwell was then born shortly after and he has enriched their lives and keeps them smiling each day. It was due to his birth that Janel decided to take a hiatus from public education and pursue Early Childhood Education. Then in January of 2011, the family was also blessed with their new arrival of Nathaniel (Nate). Then they were blessed with their final addition of Arianna. The family lives in Kimberton with their labradoodle & German Shepard. Janel graduated from Susquehanna University in 2002 with a B.A. in Communications, Theater Arts and Education. While working in the public school system, she continued her education to complete her M.A. at Villanova in Education. She also has pursued additional graduate education in ECE from Shippensburg University. After achieving her degree, Janel has worked as a daycare director and public school educator. She has taught at Owen J.Roberts School District, Reading Area School District, and in Montgomery County School System in Maryland. She was also an adjunct professor at Montgomery College. Not only did she teach, but she helped write standards-based curriculum for the school districts and several virtual charter schools. As an educator, Janel believes in enriching each child’s life and meeting their individual needs to help them flourish. Janel A. Work loves Kiddie Academy in Phoenixville and does not consider it a job but a wonderful lifestyle. She believes the center continues to redefine the standards for childcare in the area. Plus, it is a wonderful resource center to her beloved town. Janel is proud of the accomplishments at the ever growing and changing center.

My name is Rebecca Wynne, I’ve been with Kiddie Academy of Quakertown since we opened in January 2016. I started in our 1 year old classroom and continued to move throughout the building opening classrooms as our center grew with enrollments. I was promoted to Assistant Director/Curriculum Specialist in February 2019 and now I’m excited for my new adventure as the Center Director. I’ve been a resident of the Upper Perkiomen Valley for my entire life. I’m a proud mother of my handsome nephew Michael (18-year-old already I must have blinked). In our little family we have the world's friendliest dog Sadie Mae who just celebrated her 15 birthday and one spunky cat Chloe Marie who just turned 2. I graduated from AshWorth College in December 2019 and hold a Bachelors in Early Childhood Education. I’ve always wanted to be a teacher and having Michael guided me into the early education field and I’ve loved every second. It’s amazing to be a part of each child’s journey and be able to watch them grow not only physically but developmentally as well. Being able to watch them accomplish a task and the impact it has on them is life changing. I’m so grateful for the opportunity given to me at Kiddie Academy of Quakertown and to be a part of your children’s lives.

My name is Annaliese, you can call me Anna, and I am the Assistant Director at Kiddie Academy of Quakertown! I started with Kiddie Academy in January of 2019 and have enjoyed working with all of the age groups throughout the center. Primarily I have functioned as lead teacher in our older three year olds classroom, the virtual support classroom, and for the summer camp program. I am excited to now take on the role of Assistant Director! Coming from a large family has fostered my love for helping children and watching them explore and succeed. At home I have a six year old son, Grayson, and a three year old daughter, Ava. These two bursting balls of energy keep me on my toes and help me see everyday as an adventure. We enjoy going to my son’s football games, hiking, playing board games together, and snuggling down for family movies. We also have a dog, a cat, and a bird (who likes to visit Kiddie Academy) at home with us. As a lifelong resident of Bucks County, I graduated from Bucks County Community College with an Associates degree in Elementary Education PreK-4 in 2017. Since then I have been working towards continuing my studies in Elementary Education by pursuing a Bachelor's degree through Drexel University. My hope is to mix my personal life experiences, professional experience, and education in order to help your child walk through their own adventures each day.
