How are your classrooms arranged?

We know that there are a variety of options when it comes to setting up an early childhood education classroom with each style having its own unique differences. Here at KASR, our infant & toddler classrooms (New Beginnings & Discovering Me) are designed to allow students to move throughout the program as they reach individualized developmental and physical milestones.
For programs that serve students 2+ up, milestones are still a key factor in classroom placement! In addition, a child’s birthday in relation to kindergarten eligibility is also considered. As our academy resides within Loudoun County, we utilize the cutoff date of September 30th to assign classroom placement.
Early Preschool (Exploring My World, 2’s & 3’s)
Preschool (I Can Do It, 3’s & 4’s)
Kindergarten Prep (Ready, Set Go, 4’s & 5’s)
School Age (Creative Explorers, K-5th grade)

Is there a difference between your weekly and monthly pricing?

Kiddie Academy of South Riding understands that family budgets differently and our pricing options reflect that. Whether you choose weekly or monthly pricing, the cost per day is essentially the same. There may be a dollar or two difference due to rounding, but our tuition is calculated by accounting for the annual cost to run each program and then dividing that amount by 52 for weekly payments and 12 for monthly payments.
 Our school age program follows a slightly different breakdown with the monthly rate accounting for the weekly rate multiplied by the 39.5 weeks of school, divided by the 9 months we would collect (Sept-June).
