“The admin staff communicates well with the teachers. We have previously experienced that it's not always the case at other daycares. We appreciate that Ms Connie sent out a notice about flu cases in our group, as well as the groups that play together. I like that teacher communicate well with the parents. They are always happy to answer any questions. I like that state guidelines and regulations are followed.”

“I would absolutely recommend the Day Care to my friends. The personal is great, it is very well organized and Ms Connie is highly professional and necessary in supervising the well being of the children and maintaining communications with the parents. Foodwise it would be good that the children have also some meat or fish for lunch time some days belong the week, it doesn't have to be every day. Maybe also have some variations in the menu or a real cook who elaborates a variations of menu to avoid repetitions like the pizza's with hidden veggies every Friday. Is there any parent council? I know this from back home and it is a big help and it brings inputs/ ideas for constent improvement and to maintain a healthy environment for the kids and the day care. 10/10 big up to you all and keep going ! “It’s not about the educational aspect, it’s about me feeling that he is safe day to day. That he enjoys his teachers, that everyone makes an effort to interact and say hello, even if they aren’t the primary teacher. My son had a hard time adjusting to daycare and overall they were patient with him. He is now thriving and they tell me cute stories/things he’s said, it’s a nice environment. I enjoy the pictures at the end of each day, what he ate, when he napped, etc. Thankful we found kiddie academy of Urbana as it gives me peace of mind. ”
