Curriculum Specialist - New Role Created

We are thrilled to announce that Ms. Brianna (PreK Lead Teacher) is taking on an additional role as our Curriculum Specialist. In this capacity, Ms. Brianna will be formalizing and expanding her role to further support the delivery of quality curriculum in our program. In addition to her existing Lead Teacher responsibilities, Brianna will be:
- Training New Lead Teachers: she will work closely with new lead teachers, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools necessary to deliver the same high-quality curriculum to all of your children. This ensures consistency and excellence in our educational approach.
- Developing our Curriculum Library: she will also be spearheading the development of our curriculum library, curating a rich resource of educational materials to enhance our teaching methods and inspire creativity in our classrooms.
- Identifying Special Visitors and Enrichment: Ms. Brianna will play a crucial role in identifying special visitors to the program, such as the Greenburgh Nature Center, to provide unique and enriching experiences for our students.
- Providing Behavior Management Support: In addition, Ms. Brianna will be a valuable resource for our educators, offering guidance and support in behavior management strategies throughout the program, fostering a positive and nurturing environment for all.
