Dancing is a fun way to engage your family in a healthy dose of groovy exercise! And while the physical activity of dance is an appealing alternative to traditional exercise, there are many other developmental attributes including mental, social, creative, and language benefits!

“Move and Groove” with us this Saturday, February 24 at 10 a.m. for our annual DanceParty! This event is FREE and open to everyone — bring a friend or two. Come and move with us at DanceParty! No skills required.
