Our dedicated national real estate team will use demographic and psychographic data along with our years of commercial real estate experience to help you select the ideal site for your franchise. Your future Academy can be purchased or leased. To fit the needs of your community, it can be developed as a new building, a retrofit of an existing structure or within a shopping center or office park.
Our finance team is here to work with you from site selection through loan closing, Grand Opening and beyond. We’ll leverage our strong relationships with national and regional lenders to help you secure financing. We’ll also train you how to develop your loan package and help to review your business plan before you submit it to lenders.
Our construction team has supported our franchisees in the construction of 325+ Academies. Using this knowledge and expertise, we’ll help you navigate through the development process to keep your project moving—from providing concept plans to assisting with the zoning process and guiding your Kiddie Academy construction.
Your training will start right away. Just as we give children the skills they need to Learn On® in Kiddie Academy locations across the country, we encourage our Franchisees to Learn On® through our extensive learning and development opportunities. By the time you begin classroom and hands-on training at our headquarters in Maryland, you’ll already have a strong sense of our brand and best practices. There, you and your Academy Director will learn all about our proprietary Life Essentials® curriculum and educational philosophy and our best operating practices.
We’ll help develop a customized marketing strategy and tactics to drive enrollment throughout your first year of operation—and every year after. And you’ll have access to our best practices, new technologies, innovations and expertise.
Your dedicated business consultant will visit your Academy regularly, provide additional training and share best practices in education, operations and marketing. Each consultant is paired with a limited number of Franchisees, so you’ll have quality time and year-round access to thorough business counseling and guidance from our experienced team.
