How does a franchise system work?

In a franchise system, the franchisor (Kiddie Academy Domestic Franchising, LLC) and the franchisee (you) enter into a franchise agreement that outlines the terms and conditions of the franchise. The franchise owner operates their business using the franchisor’s established brand, proprietary knowledge, processes, and trademarks and must adhere to the franchisor’s standards and guidelines to maintain consistency across all franchise locations. The franchisor provides:

  • Training and support to the franchise owner to ensure they understand the business operations, processes, and standards.
  • Ongoing support, marketing assistance, and access to proprietary systems including our Life Essentials curriculum.
