My name is Erica Ryan. I am the new Director at Kiddie Academy in Westfield Carmel. I have been working as a preschool director for three years. I started my professional career as a Behavioral Therapist after finishing my bachelor’s degree in health sciences. I have spent the last five years working on an inpatient psychiatric youth unit while completing my master’s degree. I have two amazing daughters. I have been married for 6 years to my amazing husband Craig. I spend my evenings after work with my family. We enjoy going swimming, taking bike rides to the park, doing gymnastics, & cooking dinner together. Please stop by the office I am excited to meet everyone!

Hi, my name is Aanise Sajna. I am the Assistant Director at Kiddie Academy in Carmel-Westfield. I studied at Illinois State University for 2 years. While I was at Illinois State University, I studied Early Childhood Education and Human Development and Family Science. Also, while I was at Illinois State University, I was a Division I athlete. I ran track and field. I have been working with children for 4 years now. I have been a teacher for 3 years. I enjoy spending time with my fiancé Francis and our 16-month year old son Zaire. We enjoy going to the movies, swimming, and traveling together.
