Professional Photography for Your Academy

The Marketing Team is proud to announce a new program provided by the Brand Building Fund that delivers professional architectural photography services to all open Academies!

When prospective customers begin their child care search, they often begin by visiting your website, social channels, and directory listings like Google My Business and Yelp to see if the facility is safe, clean, and high quality. Photo assets are critical to ensure a good first impression, yet many Academies use cell phone pictures or have no pictures at all. This leaves customers with inadequate information about your business during their initial research and can result in a missed opportunity.

That’s why we’ve partnered with CS3, a photography agency with a nationwide footprint. CS3 will take professional photos of your Academy’s interior and exterior that you can use in your marketing efforts. The best part? The initial photoshoot will be of no cost to you – courtesy of the Brand Building Fund.

Multiple studies have shown an increase in conversions when websites add more localized content. This is further proven by Google, which states that, “Businesses that add photos to their Business Profiles receive 42% more requests for directions on Google Maps, and 35% more clicks through to their websites than businesses that don’t.”

What to Expect

This project is comprised of multiple steps to ensure a seamless, successful outcome. Below is a step-by-step breakdown of the process. This will keep Academies on track and prepared for next steps.

Step 1: Sign up

  • Sign up by clicking the “Sign Up” button below. A member of the marketing team will reach out to you with next steps.

Step 2: Choose a photography plan

  • Choose which classrooms to be photographed

Step 3: Pick a date

  • CS3 Photography will reach out to schedule a weekend day and time for the shoot. A no-show will result in a $400 fee.

Step 4: Complete the Academy Checklist

  • Use the Academy Checklist to prepare the Academy for photos

Step 5: Consult with your Franchise Business Consultant

  • Verify that your Academy is prepared for the photoshoot

Step 6: Photoshoot

  • CS3 Photography arrives at the Academy and takes photos

Step 7: Photos are edited, shared with you, and added to your Academy digital marketing channels.

  • The gallery will be updated on Academy’s website, Google Business Profile, and Yelp profile

When will my photoshoot be?

We will work with you, your FBC, and our photography vendor, CS3, to come up with a date and time that works for everyone. A no-show will result in a $400 fee.

What should I do with these photos?

The Marketing Team will add your professional photos to your Academy website and your Google Business profile. You can also use your photos for social media posts, to send to inquiries, or any other use cases that might be beneficial to your Academy.
