Kiddie Academy® Wins “Best Marketing Campaign”


National Leading Educational Child Care Provider Honored by the International Franchise Association for Innovative Summer Reading Campaign, Storytime LIVE!

Kiddie Academy® Educational Child Care recently received the International Franchise Association’s (IFA) annual award for “Best Marketing Campaign – Franchise to Consumer.” The honor recognizes our Storytime LIVE! campaign’s achievement for creativity, innovation and effectiveness.

“I’m proud to announce that this summer’s Storytime LIVE! was the most successful to date,” states Nicole Salla, vice president of marketing, Kiddie Academy. “The event broke all company records for participation, with over 8,000 families in attendance nationwide. We also saw a 39 percent increase in children compared to last year’s event.”

From July to September, over 150 participating Kiddie Academy locations across the country hosted Storytime LIVE!, where attendees enjoyed a story reading and classroom visit from Curious George and/or Pinkalicious®, making for a truly memorable experience for children. All events were free and open to the public.

“Kiddie Academy created Storytime LIVE! nearly a decade ago to provide families with a special bonding experience that ultimately prepares children for reading in the classroom,” said Kiddie Academy President

Greg Helwig. “The event series is designed to support our Life Essentials® curriculum, which empowers children to learn through play and the development of the whole child, while creating a special community connection for each Academy that’s both fun and educational.”

Salla, accompanied by Director of Marketing Heather Davis, accepted the award on October 17 at IFA’s Marketing, Innovation & Technology Conference in Austin, TX.
