Kiddie Academy® tops the child care category in Entrepreneur Magazine’s list of the Fastest-Growing Franchises of 2020. Our company ranked #100 overall on the list of 150 top franchisors in all industries. The rankings are based on the number of new franchise units added in the United States and Canada from July 2018 to July 2019. During the measurement period, we opened 32 new Academies. There are currently 273 Kiddie Academy locations in 31 states and the District of Columbia.
This is just one of the accolades earned recently by Kiddie Academy Educational Child Care. In addition to the fastest-growing list, in the past several weeks we were included in the following indexes:
–Franchise Direct Top 100 Global Franchises – Kiddie Academy ranked #44 (tops among child care franchises) in Franchise Direct’s list of the world’s top franchise companies. The criteria for this ranking include year-over-year financial performance, number of locations, years in business, financial assistance and corporate citizenship.
–Franchise Times Fast & Serious – Our company was #33 in this annual compilation of the 40 smartest-growing franchise brands over the past few years. Franchise Times selects companies on this list based on a formula that considers factors such as percentage sales growth, percentage unit growth, dollar sales growth and numerical unit growth over the past three years.
–Entrepreneur Franchise 500 – Entrepreneur ranked Kiddie Academy #129 in the 2021 list of the top U.S. and Canadian franchise companies. The Franchise 500 ranking is derived from information contained in companies’ Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDD), including Financial Strength and Stability; Size and Growth; Brand Strength; Support; and Costs and Fees.
