“My kids look forward to going to Kiddie each day and love the staff here. They enjoy the activities, which are developmentally appropriate, and have formed strong relationships with the staff and peers. As parents, I am thankful for the care and safety they offer. I can watch my kids on my phone anytime I am worried about their health/behaviors. The food is fresh and cooked in house; they always have alternative vegetarian options. Teachers and staff are prompt in their communication and let me know about my children's activities on a daily basis. The newsletter the agency sends has abundant resources for extended activities and parenting. The few times that we have had concerns with staff or practices at the center, we were able to bring it up to the administrators, felt heard, and saw prompt action. We have been impressed with how Kiddie was able to change their practices and ensure the center kept running amidst a global pandemic, while following all state and national guidelines. ”
