“Ms. Alex is great, my son loves her. Any time I replay the videos from the day he just smiles and claps when he hears her. In addition, I love that if anything is abnormal with my son, I am notified quickly and so I know things aren’t slipping through the cracks. I can tell he is happy here and that’s what matters most to me.”
