“As always the teachers are top notch. Facility is clean and great events offered. My only issue recently is the communication from teacher to parent. Our issue arises with the fact that neither of our child's teacher is available after the 5:00 hour when our schedule allows us to pick up. So any communication is vague, or we don't get details until the next morning or a day or two later. You have great technology with the applications that you use but it's not being used to it's full potential. Notes about any concerns or issues are not being added, therefore our only outlet is a conversation. If notes would be added about issues, concerns, or incidents where we weren't getting 3rd party info, would be extremely helpful in assisting the teachers with the development of our child's goals in school or addressing any needed disciplinary actions.”

“The staff has been wonderful. Abby, Amanda and all of the teachers and faculty members are a pleasure to work with. It's obvious that they care about the experience of both the students and the parents/guardians. My wife and I have been pleased with the staff in that regard. Having said that, there are some concerns regarding the frequency in which our children ended up being sick as a result of their attendance. We understand the nature of schools or daycare and being around other children. We're also understanding that children are more susceptible in getting illnesses as they build up their immune system but the amount of doctor visits since their enrollment in September has been high. Our son, alone, has had to deal with Hand, Foot, Mouth on several occasions so it calls into question what the business owners are doing to ensure a safe and healthy environment. To be clear, I'm challenging the owners of the business to provide some resolve as I'm confident that Abby and Amanda have been instrumental in their efforts in cultivating the friendly and professional experience. Thank your time and I hope to see the changes soon. ”

“The teachers are really great. I truly feel that they care deeply for the kids. It's a tough job dealing with babies or toddlers all day long, but they always have a smile on their faces. The center director greets everyone, and also takes a strong interest in all of the kids. Daycare is such a personal decision, and costly, but I truly value what they do. ”

“We feel that all of the teachers know and appreciate our child. When we pick him up, a teacher will often share something funny or successful he did that day, whether or not he is in their "official" classroom for the whole day. We feel he is paid attention to and that communication between the staff is good. ”

They care deeply for the children who attend and maintain the utmost protection and privacy over them. I am truly grateful for all the teachers, and the directors, that have been involved with both my toddler and now infant who recently joined the school. They are all truly a blessing! ”
