“We have been at Kiddie Academy since its opening in January 2016 and have been very pleased. Quite honestly I am not sure what we would do for child care had this not opened when our daughter, Addison, was born. However, there have been challenges regarding staffing, teacher retention, and consistency in the classrooms. With the new facility opening in Wilmington in November 2019, there has been an obvious strain on the teachers with many going to the new facility. The backfill and training of new teachers has not been smooth, but expected. Our classroom in particular, Sea Turtles, has not had consistent teachers since early November, but the communication indicates in late January we will have our classroom with new teachers. I am worried about our children being ready to move to the next classroom. I will say that Carly and Courtney have been extremely attentive and acknowledge the issues and when they will be fixed. Carly is a great owner and representative of your franchise. I appreciate these surveys and will update accordingly during the next one.”

“I like the small class size, the learning activities, and that the food served is fresh and really hearty meals. I also really like that I can check on my daughter using the Watch Me Grow app at any time. That is a real bonus that many other centers do not have. All of my daughter's teachers seem to really enjoy and care about the kids. Also the administrative team will always help out with the children if they need extra TLC. That makes a big difference. I also appreciate that the teachers and admin staff are not stingy with the food. if the kids would like a little more and more is available they always give them extras.
