“As a new parent, with a 2 years old who had very little experience in a school based child care setting, the teachers and staff all made the transition a very smooth one. My son was settled in exactly one week, and was excited about going to "school" since then. He has learned alot in the 3 months he has been there; his communication and social skills have developed tremendously. I also admire the fact that all the staff, that I've come in contact with, know my son by name. I am very pleased by this, because kids need to feel welcomed in order to be comfortable enough to excel. I must commend the institution on making that a priority. Dealing with toddlers is a very difficult task as they get to understand themselves, as well as transition in different areas. This can be frustrating to both parents and staff. However, I must commend my son's Teacher, Ms. Amanda, as she has been very patient, calm and understanding. Her ability to have maintained a positive attitude throughout my sons potty training process, assures and gives peace of mind that my son is in good hands. I therefore commend my sons teacher as well as the Kiddie Academy of Brightwaters staff, in general, in choosing experienced personnel for this kind of job. I Appreciate it. Thank you. ”
