“Staff is great, friendly and professional. Kids on site always appear to be happy, and our kids have a great time. Teachers are down to earth, flexible, realistic and genuinely interested in the opportunity to work with the kids, not passing time to collect a paycheck. The technology makes it easy to check in and out, maintain security and provide advanced education opportunities for the kids. The facility limits operational rules to facilitate parents who need to get in and out quickly, Finally thanksgiving family lunch is great!!!!”

“Personally, as in, the people that work there, I am beyond thrilled this is where my kids spend their days. Not only is there trust but a feeling of family and responsibility. Scott and Maria have always gone above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome and they go out of their way when I'm in a bind due to late nights at work or infuriating train delays. My only issue has always been that I don't usually get to see their teachers; I drop the kids off too early and pick them up too late. I wish there was some overlap either in the morning or evening so I could talk to a teacher that actually spent the day with them if need be. That said, there is a good email system in place (along with tadpoles) that I can just shoot a quick email over to them if I have a question and I usually hear back that same day.”

“There has been at least one consistent teacher in my son's room since September. Everyone who works with our son knows him and obviously cares about him. They listen to our requests and work with us. Tadpoles is a great communication device, though I wish it gave realtime updates rather than a report at the end of the day.”
