Area for improvement: The tadpole tool is an excellent selling feature for Kiddie Academy and it puts parents concerns at ease knowing they can track what their child eats/ drink and toilets. Over the last month, the tadpole data is often incorrect and does not correlate with the verbal report given which makes the tool less effective thus creating more questions. ”
