“The teachers in my son's classroom are great. He seems very comfortable with them now that he is acclimated. He seems to enjoy the activities and structure and I like that he's trying new things and learning from the other children. Communication through the Tadpoles app is pretty good but information is either partially or completely missing from the daily report such as meals or nap-time. I appreciate being able to see how long he has napped and if he's eaten "some/most/all" of his food rather than just what he ate that day. This helps me to know how hungry he will be when we get home and if he needs to go to bed earlier if he didn't nap well at school. He has gotten sick a lot since starting the program which I know is part of the process...so if I had any feedback for improvement I would say washing the kids hands and cleaning/sanitizing the high touch surfaces such as toys, floors, etc. more frequently to try and minimize sickness. ”

“Kiddie Academy has been my daughters first child care experience outside of our home. We were nervous because of her speech delay that she would have a hard time adjusting. The KA staff has done an amazing job at making her feel right at home. Her father and I have seen so much growth with her communication and social skills. The curriculum is really making a difference and I can see how much more she is learning and having quality experiences than my friends children at other centers. She is excited to go to KA everyday and doesn't want to leave. Our family has been so happy with our experience so far, I would recommend Kiddie Academy of Louisville-East to anyone looking for quality care and education for their child. ”
