“Communication is very strong at Kiddie Academy. The director, assistant director and the teachers take the time to talk you through questions, concerns and any suggestions you have. They also schedule bi-annual parent teacher meetings to connect and understand where your child is developmentally and if there is anything to address. I am so thankful to have Kiddie Academy as a safe and wonderful place for my children to learn and grow. I truly feel supported and heard by the staff as well.”

He's enjoying learning and engaging with his peers which is the most important thing. “There isn't much to improve upon in my opinion. Our son, Jimmy Bryant has made a lot of progress and we contribute a lot of that to what you are doing at Kiddie Academy. Miss Shannon obviously has a passion for kids, Miss Sujatha is so kind and been amazing while working with Jimmy, and I find Miss Danielle to be transparent, organized, and enthusiastic. We are comfortable trusting you with our son. There are two reasons why I did not give a score of a 10. 1. The price is high and continues to increase. However, this is not a reason I would consider leaving. With the inflation rate being so high the last twelve months I expect the cost of daycare to increase slightly. If you need to raise the rate an extra $20 a week to keep the people I trust every day with my son, then I want you to do that. This is just a case of me wanting to have my cake and eat it too. 2. It is concerning that a lead teacher like Miss Carol is set to take over a room and seem super excited by it, then a few months later she is no longer working at Kiddie Academy. I know nothing about the situation or why she left, but that was odd to me.”
