I know it’s impossible to be completely sterile, but It is so comforting knowing that this is a priority. 2) The very low teacher turnover rate is impressive. That starts with leadership, and it’s evident Misha takes care of her staff and in turn they take incredible care of the students. But what is even more impressive is that she does it while maintaining high standards. This is a tough balance to strike, but it’s nice to see the staff happy, enjoy what they do, and operate as a team. ”
