“We have been here for almost a year and have such positive experiences with all the teachers. You can tell that they really care for the kids and conversations with them are positive and insightful. My child truly loves being dropped off and seems to enjoy each day that he is there. I do feel like the communication from the academy overall has diminished since the director left in the fall. I miss the newsletter! I also feel like the administrative staff seem kind of stressed (although they always take the time to say hi coming & going!) and there does seem to have been a bit of turnover/movement of teachers around that doesn't really get acknowledged. I don't think an official announcement of every little change is necessary, but it would be nice to be "in the know" of staffing changes or disruptions impacting my classroom.”
