“It’s a little pricey compared to other places in the area. I didn’t mind paying extra for good consistency but lately it has seemed like there is constantly staffing changes. Another issue I have is I go to drop off or pickup and the staff in the room have no clue what my daughters name is or who I am there to pickup. That seems like a security issue because I could take any kid if I said they were mine. Gabby, Sonjia and Sarita are great though. Always greeting us and saying goodbye, they are in the class rooms and know all the children. Also, it seems ratios are taken very seriously and that is not unnoticed. Also, charging extra for the cameras and limiting views is just greedy. No I other center that has cameras does that. No idea who the owner even is or if it’s a man or a woman it would be nice to know ”

“New management is very good. As chaotic as this type of environment is they try to make sure things are done well. We’ve had a rough start with our first child but our child is doing great now and we even brought our second child to this school as well. We’ve referred couple of our friends already and will continue recommending kiddie academy of oviedo to others looking for good educational daycare as well. ”
