“Staff is very involved. During my son's first 2 weeks, he was struggling to adjust since it was his first time at day care. I appreciate that the teachers comforted him a lot. I also saw that the other staff members would periodically stop by the classroom and, if he was very upset, they would take turns carrying/comforting him. The "watch me grow" cameras are very helpful. We didn't know how long it would take our son to adjust (this is his first time in day care) and the cameras gave us peace of mind, knowing he wasn't crying the entire time. They are also helpful for us to see what activities he's doing and how he is interacting with the other kids and teachers. Employees are friendly. The person at the front desk always greets us when we walk in. I like that class sizes are small and the employees have gotten to know us and our son (not only his teachers but also the supporting staff). They are interested in his progress and let us know how he's doing. Outdoor play time is important to us; I like that he spends an hour a day outside (he is at Kiddie Academy from 8am to 12pm Mon-Fri).”
