I feel like she is safe and nurtured by all of her caregivers and she has so much fun with all of the enriching activities her teachers come up with. The curriculum is age-appropriate, she is learning so much, and she is always excited to go to school in the morning. I love that I don't have to pack lunch and snacks! The menu is wholesome with good variety but tailored to what little kids will actually eat and my daughter enjoys it. When we had concerns over how a staff member was handling discipline, we were very satisfied with how management handled the investigation and follow up with the staff member and communication with us. Finally, we were originally nervous to send our child to care at the height of Covid-19 precautions but Kiddie Academy has had such good protocols and communication about their protocols that they did a great job of putting us at ease about the whole situation. It's been tough for everyone to navigate but the management and staff have done such a great job with following state guidelines but trying their best to be human for the families that need childcare. ”

“The consistent effort to take care of kids”

“All of the activities the kids/babies donate great. I love getting pictures throughout the day and detailed reports. We already recommended to our friends and they were very impressed when we shared our daily report. The only negative has been germ sharing, which I think would happen at any daycare. Also, some staff seem much more competent than others. We love the “regular” staff if the infant room but sometimes when we pick up the staff in the room seem a bit out of the loop or less in tune with baby’s needs which can be a little discouraging. ”
