“We are still a new family, but overall, think the kids are enjoying it. The communication with us has been pretty good, especially with Mr. Mickey and the lady in Pioneers in the morning (I feel terrible I don't know her name). One thing I wish we would have received information on is I subscribe to the DHHS notifications for health care providers, child service providers, etc. and noticed that Kiddie Academy was on the most recent report for supervision of children. I am not sure what that specifically means, and it probably isn't madatory to disclose things like that to the families, but I like the idea of transparency in sharing what occurred and how it is going to be remedied. That said, I feel our children are safe and happy there. The range of activities, lesson plans, etc. has been great. ”
