Starting a new school year is an exciting milestone for children, but having the right supplies can make a big difference in helping students feel prepared and confident on day one.
Our team was proud to support the Stuff the Bus School Supply Drive benefiting the Harford County Education Foundation. Thanks to the generosity of our corporate staff members, we collected 202 individually packaged school supplies to help local students start the school year with the tools they need to succeed.
Our Wheel Road team contributed 123 items, while our Box Hill team collected 79 items, demonstrating what can happen when a community comes together to support children and education.
Why School Supply Drives Matter
School supplies are essential for learning, yet purchasing them can be a challenge for some families. Community initiatives like Stuff the Bus help ensure more students have access to the materials they need to participate fully in the classroom and focus on learning.
Every notebook, pencil, and pack of crayons donated helps create opportunities for children to begin the school year feeling supported, included, and ready to learn.
