Kiddie Academy Hosts Drives for Food & Coats for Kids

WHO: Kiddie Academy is a leader in education-based child care serving families with children ages six weeks to 12 years old, offering full-time care, kindergarten, before-and after-school care and summer camp programs., Kiddie Academy of Abingdon, the company’s flagship academy, is partnering with its headquarters on a holiday collection drive.
WHAT: Donations of food and winter garments for Harford Community Action Agency (HCAA) and St. Francis De Sales Church located in Harford County, Maryland.
Kiddie Academy is celebrating the opening of its 200th location by honoring its commitment to serve its local communities. Academies across the U.S. are also celebrating this milestone by hosting their own food and outerwear collection drives. Items will be donated to various organizations within the specific academies’ service area.
The corporate headquarters and Abingdon academy have exceeded their goal of collecting 200 items. Members of Kiddie Academy’s executive team and corporate staff, and academy teachers and students will load the HCAA truck with donations just in time for the holidays. Winter items will be delivered by the Kiddie Academy of Abingdon staff directly to St. Francis De Sales Church.
