Introducing #29DaysofEssentials

February 4, 2016

According to Punxsutawney Phil, the shadow-seeking, superstitious groundhog, we could be in for an early spring, instead of six more weeks of winter this year. This year is also a leap year, with one more day to keep the calendar year synchronized with the seasonal year: Monday, February 29, Leap Day. Thinking about what to do with the extra day this year, we thought up to-do’s for every day in February: #29DaysofEssentials.

Each day, we’ll extend the February to-do list with activities that are way more fun and relaxing than cleaning out the diaper pail, or cooking family freezer meals, or organizing the baby’s toy bin for the third time this week.

Our list of to-dos will teach you, relax you, and help you have fun with your kids without trying. In the meantime of all your productivity, relaxation and fun in February, you can think about what you want to do with that extra day at the end of the month.

Follow along with our calendar this month; we’ll be tagging our to-dos with #29DaysofEssentials and we’ll be looking for yours, too.
