Kiddie Academy® Owners Bring Home National Award
July 12, 2018
Local franchisee honored at national educational child care provider’s annual conference
O’Fallon, MO (July 12, 2018)—Tom and Marsha Keller, and Laura Eads, owners of Kiddie Academy of O’Fallon & Kiddie Academy of Des Peres, MO, recently received the Brand Champion award at Kiddie Academy’s® Annual Conference, held last month in National Harbor, MD, where hundreds of franchisees from over 200 academies nationwide were considered for the program. The Kellers and Eads were among the best of the best at this year’s conference, which recognizes exceptional franchisees who have made a lasting impact on their communities through some of the most progressive, accredited, and high-quality educational child care programs in the country.
The Brand Champion award recognizes individuals in the Kiddie Academy community who go above and beyond to help build the brand. Brand Champions are a vital part of growing the community by investing time talking with prospective franchisees, mentoring new franchisees in the system, and participating in leadership roles in various Kiddie Academy programs. As champions of the brand, these franchisees embody the Kiddie Academy vision and mission within their academy, within their local community and within the Kiddie Academy franchise system.
According to the President of Kiddie Academy, Greg Helwig, winners were honored for their extensive contributions to the Kiddie Academy system by way of mentoring, leading, and championing the brand’s key growth initiatives. Other common denominators among award recipients include excelling in the areas of profitability; ambassadorship of brand systems, standards and processes; customer service; staff motivation and retention; and community involvement.
“All Kiddie Academy franchisees share a passion for our industry, our brand, and the people who drive the company’s success every day. With so many dedicated professionals working to provide best-in-class early educational child care in an environment that fosters learning and development, as well as the highest safety standards, the ‘best of the best’ are truly doing an exceptional job,” said Helwig. “This year’s award winners embody the highest standards of professionalism and caring, and we are proud to recognize their contributions not only to Kiddie Academy, but also to our communities, neighborhoods, and thousands of families nationwide.”
